What makes Areola size? Is it genetics or total breast size?
for instance. If a woman gets breast implants, does her areola size increase, or no?
I ask because I've seen large areaolas on a woman who had implants, but it's hard to imagine these on breasts the size she claimed she used to be....

Women with breast implants typically have large areola because they are often moved and reattached during surgery.
They might look large because they are disfigured by the surgery.
Aside from that, areola size is determined genetically. Women who have had babies also tend to have large areola as lactation increases the size of these structures.
