HOW TO COLOR/FILL COLOR SHAPES USING ADOBE PHOTO SHOP CS2?
Here are my problems...
First, I drew a circle using elliptical tool and tried to fill it using paint bucket tool. Whenever I do that, the background is also colored, together with the circle. (I have the default settings ) So how can I fill the circle, with any color, without the background getting colored? JUST THE CIRCLE ONLY!!! I will also use the circle for warping, by the way.
Second, how can I make THAT CIRCLE be affected by the Bevel and Emboss Style? When I do that, the “whole document” is the one being beveled and embossed, not the circle. So I tried to use elliptical marquee and filled it using the brush tool instead, but to no avail.
PLEASEEE HELP ME!!!! I WANT TO DRAW A PENGUIN AND I CAN’T DO THAT BECAUSE OF THESE THINGS!!!!! I’M JUST A NEWBIE IN PHOTO SHOP, BY THE WAY!!! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!!

You need to stroke the elipse first, before you can fill it with the paint bucket.
Choose a color for your outline.
While the dotted lines are still around the selected area, "Edit > Stroke" and "Stroke with foreground color.
This will give you a black line around the edge of your ellipse.
Then you can change to the color you want to fill the ellipse with and apply the paint bucket tool.
If you don't want the outline, then, choose the color you want for the fill.
Don't use the paint bucket tool
Instead, while the dotted lines form the elipse, "Edit > Fill" and "Fill with foreground color.
