It for any nutritionist out there.I need some advice?
Hey! I am currently overweight and have again a live roller near the coast going up and down W. my weight but when I really started I tend to loose weight. I finally got my thyroid problem and I'm order gonna do the best I can W. my bad knees and back. I am aware that should I make 3-4x a week and if not make it religious and eat 4-6 times a day. My main question is what would be a good diet plan to follow. example is the egg white whole wheat in the morning, the some fruit for a snack, some granola later, a salad, then a high fiber cereal for dinner with a lot of water is an effective diet. Mind you I'm looking to loose about 30 pounds within 3 months or 2 pounds a week. Any REAL help is appreciated! Thank you spoke I have trained and they said that 1-2 pounds a week is Healthy Weight Loss .. It was told me by multiple trainers and weight Watchers so I do not think doing anything bad to body. Anything from 2 is not good.
Okay I currently training to become a dietitian and a personal trainer as well (I usually just have to take the test for the trainer ... too broke once) When we work on creating diets for weight loss, we shoot for the loss of two pounds a week. It is very healthy. To lose 1 pound of fat, you have to have a deficit of 3,500 calories. It means to lose 2 pounds of fat, you want to be down 7000 calories a week or 1,000 calories a day. This is for maximum healthy weight. If you eat 500 calories less and use the 500 calories in one day, got 1,000 calories. If you can only for workout 250 calories, then eating the reduction of 750 calories. While working out can something that is a challenge, just doing simple things throughout the day can be very useful. Parking further away from the store, taking the stairs a few extra times, walking around the building several times (or a time it is great) during the lunch break. Until you hurt your own. Also, you will be able to swim? Swimming can burn with a wonderful amount of calories and is better in the knees. I can do the calculations for how many calories you want to send my your stats (age, height, weight). Increasing lean protein and decreasing fat seems very useful for people trying to lose and keep it off. This sounds like great but the food to make sure they are things you'll enjoy. Also, make sure you is getting enough calories in them sound like good choices but not enough to eat. Sometimes not eating enough can actually slow the process. When I the weight is missing, I was stuck in the same weight for almost six weeks. I finally calculated how many I need and what the higher I was about having 400 calories a day and the weight started dropping off again. And the water is fantastic to hear. I advocate increasing the water by at least to 4 glasses a day during the weight loss stage. Our body just loves the stuff.
