What kind of plaster should I use to make a mold of my current drywall texture?
I've got a unique texture on my drywall and need to do some repair. I don't know where to get the texture template for the current pattern so I was going to make a new one by plastering a mold of what I already have. What kind of plaster and molding should I use for this? Is there a kit for this? Any advice?
plaster of paris is best For making molds Most texture patterns on Walls are Pretty random as far as the pattern it is hard to Duplicate Each Pass Exactly Like with Crow feet your are Randomly rotating your brush same with Spletter drag or Monterey Texture But just to make a mold Plaster Of Paris is best You can get it at any crafts store
or Home depot may have it
