How do you clean wax coating off inside of a plastic candle mold?
The mold may have been dirty when I poured. It has a rough coating on the inside after I removed the candle and the candle does not have a smooth finish. Everything I've read says do not use chemicals on plastic. It's a hard plastic 6" pillar mold.
If its chunky, put the candlestick into the freezer. It'll shrink and peel out. Other wise, hot water will wash the wax out.
