Hi,i have a pasta machine that needs cleaning.?
The roller needs cleaning and i would appreciate any help as to the best way to do this.It has always been my understanding that water should not be used. Also would appreciate and fast and easy recipe for pasta. Thank You.
I clean mine with a dry tooth brush. For a recipe I only have a egg noodle one. I just lost my book.
4 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
8 Tablespoon cold water
You can add herbs or whatever else you like to mix it up a bit.
