What is the best way to clean an infected second degree burn?
My wife is a second degree burn. Its nothing serious, just about an area of 3 inches in his hand, and a small nickel sized burn on top of his foot. He did not go to the doctor for them and one his hands were healing fine, he is keeping it clean the scalp bacterial soap. One of his feet however was a little red around it, but not much Can I say that slightly infected. If it gets worse we are going to the doctor, but what would be best way to clean the house to see if we can avoid going to the doctor for it?
soap and water and keep clean-use antibacterial ointment like Neosporin. The hardest part about feet this shoe is probably most of the time and that is a great place for bacteria to grow. Have him keep it clean and let it air out
