What do you think the moment you walk in a store car dealer? A lot of people will never drop by any of the areas it unless they are really going to buy a car. For people just looking, they'd rather go to an open showroom or check the internet to find the car they possibly need. This is because they do not want to be controlled by the car salesmen.
The thing is, car salesmen are trained to do that. Their goal is to make a sale. And you have to find the best car on the block at least possible price. But then again, the the moment you step your foot in the store car dealer, to stop you to be in control of your environment. And you goaded the car salesman in front of you. So How you handle that?
First, know for a fact that car salesmen will want to influence you as to which car to buy. If you are not certain about what you want, you are vulnerable. You will most likely go home to priciest sedan or SUV in this area are the best features around. New go over the car dealer shop, you know the type, model and color of car you want. And not settle for anything.
Buying a car is one big investment. And this should be done with delicate consideration. And your decision as to which car to buy not do a matter of 30 minutes. Car Salesmen will normally ask you how much down payment you can make money and how much monthly payment you can beholden to. Do not give your maximum number. Because the salesmen were up a deposit twice as much as what you pay still. You can sound cheap when you say you can only pay $ 2,000 down payment. But hey, he can give you a car to $ 4000.
To handle the the salesman, you should not let him touch you. You may contradict what he says. Anyway, you are the customer and you are always right. Besides, he did not allow to go to the front door without a purchase. Because if he is, he will wait in line for the next customer he can sell. More likely than not, he'd settle instead for minimal revenues than nothing at all. Do not say yes to all his numbers and offer. Agree only if you know for a fact that prices are fair. Even the most difficult customer he has ever met. Only then you can walk out of the store car dealer with a really good deal.
