is this machine washable? couch cushions.....?

Urethane Foam 73%
Felted Blended Fibers 16%

i am going to buy this couch from a lady offline. i need to make sure the cushion covers can be thrown in the washer at least, maybe not the dryer. but with a 2 year old and another baby coming in 2 weeks i need something very kid/spill/milk/snack and everything else proof.

lol aww....thanks. yea my daughter killed our current couch in 9 months! it is destroyed with stains on the arms that would take a professional cleaning to remove (which cost $75-$100) so I just decided to start "new" with a gently used couch from craigslist. I am a clean freak but she gets over the gate in the kitchen and snacktime ends up all over the couch. icky sticky mess. i tried to clean with warm water and it made the stains blacker.....ewwww.
hopefully this one will last longer....but i doubt it. I am just trying to get everything clean and sterile for new baby. that is the current priority.
no matter what couch you bring into your house, it is effed...babies kill couches, which is ok, because they are more important than couches. throw a sheet over it for the next 2 years if you care...and enjoy the new baby!
