Does anyone know what it's called? I call them a "photo board" they have fabric on the back and elastic...READ
they have fabric on the back with a pattern on it and then strips of elastic on the front and you can slip photos behind or cards or notes or whatever.
my friend has one and i really want one, but im just wondering if anyone knows what they're actually called? Or if anyone could find me some info about them?

Although these boards are really called French Memo Boards, I call them fabric covered bulletin boards but some people call them memory boards, memo boards, etc. Here's a link for what you're looking for. It's even got the instructions to make your own.

Oh... and WalMart has them. They even have some now that are long like mirrors you hang on the back of a door... and you can hang them too! They sell for about 20$ CDN
