When making home made glycerin soap, how u plant small toys? -?
do u fill half the mold, put the item then finish The filling of the mold? or ..... fill the mold up and then add the item?
There are two ways to do this. You can fill the mold about a third of the way up and let it set for a few minutes to form a skim on top of the poured soap, then add the embeds and complete Filling the mold with melted glycerin. Or you can fill the mold and immediately add your toys. This method is usually done for the larger toy or toys to float, for example a small little rubber duckie. The main part of the duck is on top of soap but the basis of it is embedded in the soap. Hope this helps! Good luck!
