What use? Concrete? plaster? Cement?
I have a Retaining wall that I want to cover with plaster or something to stick in the lungs blocks. What would be best to use?
Use a mortar mix as stucco. If not done this before, you will soon know the origin of expression "If you throw enough mud against the wall some of it will stick." When you try to do this you will suffer severe disappointment, which is changing to anger and then anger when you are to get the mortar to stick to the wall. No matter what you do is fall. Eventually, you'll get up and go spoon inside for a beer and come back out again.
