Do You think Home maid apple cinnamon ice cream would taste good?
If I baked apples until they were soft and mixed them into vanilla ice cream with cinnamon would it taste good?

Not sure I would actually mix the apples in with the ice cream. Frozen apples...even after they are cooked...are really not that great. They kind of have a really terrible texture. Literally, it's like biting into a frozen apple. However, you could make home made vanilla ice cream or caramel ice cream, and then serve cooked apples with a sprinkle of cinnamon over the top! And yes, cook sliced, peeled apples on the stove top in enough water to cover. Once softened, add a little cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken the juice, then add your sugar to sweeten.
