I am taking a chemistry class and have just recieved my at home lab kit...?
The first experiment I am supposed to do is the candle experiment. In one part of this experiment, I must place several ice cubes in a large square of aluminum and make a sack out of the aluminum. I must then place the sack over a burning candle where water droplets form on the outside of the aluminum sack. When asked what this suggests about the chemistry of a burning candle...I HAVE NO IDEA! help please 
Anytime a hydrocarbon undergoes complete combustion the products are water and carbon dioxide. Candles are practically 100% hydrocarbons, compounds made up of hydrogen and carbon, so when a candle burns, some water is formed, which condenses to liquid when the hot water vapor comes in contact with the cooled aluminum sack.
