I have a healthy diet, and have no problems at all with my health, just wondering if anybody has partaken of a "fabulous" product which just gives them that extra edge.
It very much depends upon you're diet, you're body type and any special health needs you may have.
Because of modern farming practices the soil is often depleted, so a good vitamin and mineral supplement would be helpful.
